YouGov MD Phil Rance to Join Quadrangle

YouGov's UK Managing Director Phil Rance is to join research consultancy Quadrangle early next year, as Corporate Development Director.

Quadrangle was launched in central London in 1987 as a full service research agency and consultancy specialising in brand planning and customer strategy, and with its own data collection division, FieldWorks. The firm has recently appointed former HMRC Director of Strategy Stephen Ashford, and David Seal, who previously served as Head of Customer Experience Implementation at Everything Everywhere.

Rance (pictured) joins from YouGov, where he has worked for the last year. Prior to this, he was MD, EMEA at Research Now. He previously held senior roles at the AA, Bradford & Bingley, and The COBA Group.

In his new position at Quadrangle, Rance will work alongside MD Nick Baker, and take responsibility for driving the firm's growth and pushing into new areas of research technology and data analytics.
