Global management consultancy Accenture has launched an insight solution to provide the banking sector with a '360 degree view' of their customers.The new 'Accenture Enterprise Customer System' creates a real-time view of a banking customer's relationship and history of interactions. The tool aggregates customer data from disparate systems, to enable clients to offer personalized pricing and relevant value-add offerings across all their banking channels.
