DigitalMR Launches eViewer Web Usability Tool

London-based online research specialist DigitalMR has launched a solution called eViewer, to enable any company with an online presence to observe how customers interact with and react to their web sites, video clips, online games, mobile apps and adverts.

Michalis MichaelDigitalMR was founded in 2010, promising a 'holistic' consulting approach to web-based MR using social media research, web listening and technology platforms. As well as its office in London, the company has a presence in Cyprus, Poland and the US.

The eViewer records users' screen activity through their webcams, along with facial expressions, emotions, context and verbal commentary. Participants can be recruited by the client, or DigitalMR can supply target users to match specific demographic requirements, both for B2B and B2C studies.

CEO and founder Michalis Michael (pictured) says the launch is in line with his firm's vision of developing more DIY market research tools.
