Accenture Snaps Up Sydney's ChangeTrack

Management consultancy Accenture has acquired Australian change management analytics specialist ChangeTrack Research, as it looks to improve its measurement and progress monitoring for clients' change programs. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Among the company's solutions is ChangeTracking, a patented analytics tool which collects data on people and processes associated with a change program, benchmarks progress, and uses predictive analytics to identify where corrective action is needed.

Accenture says the acquisition complements its own suite of methods, tools and capabilities designed to help clients achieve the goals of their organizational transformations.
