Research and analytics firm Evalueserve has opened an office in Dubai, through which it will serve clients across the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) region.
Evalueserve provides KPO (knowledge process outsourcing) services including business research, market research, data analytics and knowledge technology services. The new office adds to the company's existing presence in Chile, China, India, and Romania, and will enhance its ability to provide multi-time zone and multi-lingual services.
Richa Bansal will lead the new office, having joined the company in 2004, and most recently served as Director - Middle East and South Asia.
Ashish Gupta (pictured), COO and Global Business Unit Head, comments: 'Over the past four years, Evalueserve has served clients from various industries in the Middle East. It is imperative that we have an on ground presence to serve a larger community. The aim is to expand our footprint across the GCC countries.'
