Rapid Expansion for Youth and Family Specialist TPL

The Pineapple Lounge (TPL), youth and family division of London-based Firefish, has added five new members of staff to its existing team of seven, to meet fast-growing demand for its services.

New at the Pineapple Lounge...The company, which focuses on the kids, teens and families markets, turned over £1 million in only its second year of trading, and opened a US office last month. The five new arrivals include three new researchers and two field managers.

Dylan Brownsword joins as Quantitative Director, with more than ten years of experience, most recently from Hall & Partners where he led campaign evaluation and brand tracking projects; and worked previously at the BBC, commissioning and managing quant and qual projects.

Ben Frost, who joins as Qualitative Research Manager, worked previously in children's brand and content development research at Channel 4, Bauer Radio and the BBC.

New Quantitative Research Exec Lucy Seager studied for the first Media Psychology MSc in the UK at Media City, Manchester, specialising in children's second screening behaviours; and has also studied UX and usability testing, gaining practical experience at Media City.

New in Field are Senior Project Manager Gemma Martinez and Field Manager Dee Cahill, who between them bring more than twenty years of quant and qual field management experience.

TPL founder Emma Worrollo comments: 'Our new team members are all very welcome additions and I have no doubt all will play an integral role in helping us to meet our growth target in year three.'
