In the US, pricing intelligence specialist Market Track has promoted former Nielsen exec Dennis Moore to the position of Chief Executive Officer, replacing Wayne Mincey, who moves to the role of Executive Chairman.
Headquartered in Chicago, Market Track offers subscription-based advertising, brand and pricing intelligence solutions in North America. Clients use its services to determine how competing retailers, products and brands are being advertised, priced and promoted both in-store and online. Moore (pictured) joined as President in May, after nearly twelve years at Nielsen where he served in a number of executive roles, most recently President of the Professional Services Division. Before this, he spent eight years at Ipsos-owned Marketing Management Analytics.
Mincey, who is planning to step back from the day-to-day leadership of the company in the coming years, says of the move: 'Dennis made a seamless transition into Market Track with his open and engaging leadership style and has already positively impacted our business through his deep knowledge of the markets and clients we serve'.
