Healthcare Researcher InCrowd Hires Three

US healthcare researcher InCrowd has hired Janet Bays and Kathy Relias as Vice Presidents of Business Development, while Katie Ka joins as Senior Director of Client Success.

Janet Bays, Kathy Relias and Katie KaInCrowd offers a DIY platform to connect pharma, medical device and life sciences firms with 'crowds' of screened and targeted healthcare professionals. It also offers MicroTracker, which provides an automated approach to life science tracking studies and monitors trends in the brand perceptions of healthcare prescribers and consumers; and MicroQual which automates the process of coordinating and executing qualitative virtual research.

Bay joins with more than twenty years' sales experience across the pharma and biotech sectors. Most recently, she served as Executive Director of Business Development at RxC Health, having previously been Senior Account Manager at IMS Health, and a Managed Care Account Manager at SmithKline Beecham. Relias has more than twenty years' marketing and MR experience, and joins from Radius Global Market Research, where she served as SVP, before which she was Regional VP at MarketTools, focusing on healthcare sector sales. Ka has a fifteen-year life science MR background, having previously worked as an independent consultant, and held senior research roles at Synovate Healthcare, and CareFirst Blue Cross BlueShield.
