Mapp Intelligence Customer Analytics Solution Launches

September 4 2019

US-headquartered digital marketing solutions provider Mapp has launched a service called 'Mapp Intelligence' to deliver customer insights to the finance, eCommerce/retail and publishing sectors.

Steve WarrenThe new solution uses artificial intelligence (AI) and predictive analytics to forecast customer lifetime value, or conversion and churn probabilities. Using the service, personalized content can be presented in real-time, based on specific customer behavior or pre-defined customer profiles; and patterns in customer behavior can be identified and presented in dashboards.

A feature called 'Path Analysis' enables the user to visualize the customer journey and performance of products; and product recommendations can also be customized to reflect the individual click and purchase behavior of each customer. Then data and user segments from web sites, apps, e-mails and social media can be combined and transmitted to third-party systems for customized remarketing campaigns.

Mapp Intelligence is powered by Mapp's recent acquisition of German software developer Webtrekk, which offers expertise in analytics, customer intelligence, dashboards, machine learning, and AI. CEO Steve Warren (pictured) comments: 'By integrating Webtrekk's analytics and AI expertise into Mapp Cloud, we can now deliver a fully comprehensive service to our customers that enables them to easily manage their entire cross-channel marketing. We are becoming a true marketing intelligence platform - delivering added value far beyond conventional marketing clouds.'
