Data Management and Targeting Firm ownerIQ Acquired

Data-driven services company Inmar has acquired ownerIQ, a provider of 1st and 2nd party data solutions to brands, retailers and manufacturers.

ownerIQ was founded as long ago as 2006 and is venture capital backed. The combination of the two firms promises to help clients use their first party data for effective and measurable marketing campaigns, including fully integrated technology to power retailers' digital media networks. Inmar says it will promote and grow ownerIQ's second-party retail shopping and purchasing data marketplace, with over $10bn in online and off-line transactions recorded each month.
