HireClix Opens Neuroscience-based Human Experience Lab

May 28 2020

US-based recruitment marketing services company HireClix has launched a 'Human Experience Lab' (HX Lab), which uses neuroscience techniques to help potential employers understand how candidates engage with their brand during the recruitment cycle.

Neil CostaHireClix's strategic consulting practice supports talent acquisition executives as they implement their overall strategies, technology selections, process optimization and program development. The new HX Lab enables potential employers to use eye tracking, facial recognition and other biometric measures to determine attention, emotions, and other behavior during the career search and application process.

Recruiting teams will be able to determine when someone visited a career site, and when they left a page or abandoned the application process. Employers can develop customized studies, gain insights into emotional responses and understand specific details about what draws interest and attention; and what candidates ignore.

Founder and CEO Neil Costa (pictured) comments: 'The HX Lab creates an opportunity for us to better understand how candidates behave and gives us the insights to improve engagement and response rates. This will drive a better return on advertising and technology investments - a game-changer within the recruiting world'.
