Dental Researcher Launches Data Service and Report

US-based SDM Northcoast, which conducts qual and quant research for the dental industry, has launched a 'Data Analytics Service', analyzing growth trends and market share for every region, state, sales territory and zip code in the country.

The firm has also launched a report on the Large Dental Equipment market.

SDM has served the dental industry in the US, Canada and the UK since 1994, collecting monthly retail sales data from dental product distributors, and publishing the Dental Products Market Share Study (DPMSS), which analyzes growth for thousands of products. Last year it expanded its analytical capabilities by merging with Northcoast Data Analytics.

The new Data Analytics Service is customized to help individual companies analyze data and identify incremental growth opportunities. It will be offered free of charge to those data providers and customers who already have a full report subscription; while the Large Dental Equipment Report will provide customers with a monthly analysis of the market, including a granular view of all basic and high tech equipment categories.
