CRM Platform HubSpot Launches Two AI Intel Tools

March 7 2023

In the US, customer relationship management platform HubSpot has launched two artificial intelligence-based tools, to help users create 'better connections' with their audiences.

Andy PitreHubSpot, which boasts a community of several million people, delivers products and services for customer relationship management, social media marketing, content management, lead generation, web analytics, SEO, live chat and customer support. The new tools include 'Content Assistant', designed to help marketing and sales teams ideate, create and share content in minutes. The solution suggests blog titles related to a product or service, then generates a complete blog post outline for that title; and it is able to write content for blog posts, landing pages, web site pages, and sales and marketing e-mails.

In addition, the company has launched 'ChatSpot.ai', which helps users complete a variety of tasks using natural language, chat-based user experience. This includes adding contacts and companies to the HubSpot CRM; creating custom reports relating to marketing, sales and customer service; and drafting personalized sales e-mails. According to HubSpot, the launch builds on its earlier investments in AI, including conversation intelligence, data quality tooling, data enrichment, predictive AI and content optimization.

EVP of Product Andy Pitre (pictured) comments: 'Our new AI-powered content assistant helps companies create quality content faster and easier, to better serve their customers. We're excited to launch ChatSpot.ai to experiment with how we can make our software even easier to use, and we're inviting our customers to come along with us as we learn together'.
