WEVO Launches Pulse for 'Instant' Idea Testing'

September 29 2023

User experience (UX) platform WEVO has launched a tool called Pulse, which combines generative AI and data from WEVO's more than a million user research participants to enable product, marketing and design teams to 'take a pulse' of user experience.

Nitzan ShaerWEVO uses AI to uncover audience insight and predict conversion outcomes without the need for A/B tests. Its WEVO Journey solution tracks customers' experience across a client's web site for targeting and engagement purposes, and offers a Custom Questions feature, allowing customers to add their own UX questions. Another solution, WEVO Pro, relies on 120 human participants to create insights related to behavior and sentiment.

The new WEVO Pulse solution enables users to receive feedback at every step of the design process, and review strengths and weaknesses without the cost and resources needed for a full user study. Pulse aims to provide insights into what is working and what can be improved, while offering a sentiment map which delivers insights on specific areas of a page. In addition, WEVO Pulse enables users to specify the exact audience or personas they are targeting, to ensure the insights are tailored to their audience.

CEO and co-founder Nitzan Shaer (pictured) comments: Rather than waiting days for results from research involving panels, Pulse combines insights gained from over one million human participants with patterns recognized by artificial intelligence. This innovation is a major step in delivering on our mission of helping create user experiences that delight all people'.
