Automated consumer insights platform Zappi has announced a partnership with Berlin-based Market Logic Software, aiming to further accelerate the process of developing and testing new product concepts.
Zappi was founded a dozen years ago in the UK by Stephen Phillips, and is now a certified B-Corp with more than 300 employees across thirteen countries, and offices in Boston, London and Cape Town. Its platform is used by around 350 brands to help understand consumers, accelerate innovation pipelines, and optimize ads and products pre-launch.
The partnership brings advanced AI capabilities from each company together in a joint agentic AI framework. Market Logic's proprietary 'DeepSights' agents - part of its Innovation Studio - continuously monitor, analyse and synthesize market research, news and operational data to speed up concept generation, and the results are passed seamlessly into Zappi's real-world respondent solutions for concept testing.
