eDigital Debuts Online Video Vox Pop

UK-based digital market research specialist eDigitalResearch has rolled out a new online video vox pop tool, to enable web visitors to record their feedback about a client's product or service.

As an add-on to the firm's eMysteryShopper tool, the new solution will enable respondents to air their views via online video streaming.

This provides users with the option of recording a short video of their opinions after visiting a web site, and also enables them to add images of the product delivery and packaging quality.

'With consumers digesting information through a variety of mediums, this tool allows surveyors to communicate their feedback in whatever way they can best articulate their feelings,' comments Head of Research Derek Eccleston. 'The system provides even more insight into the performance of a web site and post-sale customer care and fulfilment.'

Hampshire-headquartered eDigitalResearch was founded in 1999 and recently opened an office in central London.
