Hybrid Tool Allows Telephone / Web Surveys

July 20 2009

Automated telephony solutions provider Plum Voice has launched a tool, Plum Survey, which allows users to design, manage and analyse surveys delivered both over the Internet and by 'phone.

The firm says the software allows users to 'quickly and easily' create and customize surveys for the Web, and/or set up a series of audio prompts for automated interviewing over the 'phone. Respondents can call in, or the software can make the calls from a contact list, cutting the costs of administering the survey and eliminating the need to work with multiple vendors.

Plum Survey includes real-time analytics and a variety of reporting features for examining and sharing key findings including histograms, pie charts and line diagrams.

'The decision to create a multi-platform survey building tool was driven by our customers who wanted a simple, yet effective way to deliver a survey via web and phone' according to CEO Andrew Kuan. 'With Plum Survey you can choose which respondents are sent emails and which receive phone calls.'

Plum has offices in New York, Boston, and Denver and is online at www.plumvoice.com .
