Decipher Expands Dial Testing Software

In the US, online research specialist Decipher has launched a tool allowing clients who use online 'dial testing' to view survey results in an interactive reporting environment.

Dial testing offers real time responses to test media by asking respondents to provide moment-by-moment feedback via an online 'dial'.

The firm's new Video Analyzer device enables dial testing users to customize reporting by a single question, or any combination of questions asked during a specific survey. It also provides the ability to run survey reporting at the same time as the test media, in an interactive overlay environment.

In addition, for each slice of the data, a view only reporting link can be saved and sent internally or to clients.

Says President Kristin Luck: 'Video Analyzer is the latest product in our line of service offerings that improves online data reporting and data analysis for our clients with a more visual representation of the data.'

In 2007, Decipher, acquired MR software and tech provider Forefront Consulting Group, within a year of the latter's launch by Luck and Ji Yeong Kim.
