Business Logic Solutions Opens in Malaysia

Customer behavioural data specialist Business Logic Solutions has opened a solution centre in Malaysia, in a bid to better serve mobile operators in the Asia Pacific region.

Since 1996, the firm has been offering the mobile industry real-time customer intelligence, marketing automation and customer loyalty solutions from its offices in UK, Malaysia, Australia, Austria and Dubai.

Its new Kuala Lumpur-based centre will offer real-time customer communication analytics to mobile network operators using its InTelestage suite of products; designed to help clients boost revenues and profits by analysing business and customer drivers and trends.

The new team is headed by Vicks Kanagasingam, President of Business Logic Systems Asia Pacific, who has more than 15 years' experience in the IT/telecoms industry. He has worked for the firm since 2001, prior to which, he held senior operations roles with Telemedia Networks, Logica, CCAAP Technologies, Maxis Communications and Motorola.
'Asia is a key market for Business Logic Systems and the opening of the new solution centre is indicative of our commitment to the region and our local customers,' said Kanagasingam.

Through the new office, existing clients in South East Asia, Australia and Pakistan will now have access to regionally based,experienced staff 'who understand the Asian market', he added.
