US web analytics start-up company Space Pencil has raised $2.86 million in a new round of funding, according to a filing with the SEC.
The firm remains secretive about its plans, with founder and President Hiten Shah 'not quite ready to share' details according to reports. Incorporated in Delaware and based in California, Space Pencil also raised almost $1m in a round last autumn.
Shah is also the founder of three other web companies, Crazy Egg, ACS and KISSmetrics.
