Firms Partner to Enhance US Qual Offer

In the US, qual and quant data collection firm Delve has partnered with focus group specialist The Focus Room to provide clients with a 'one-stop' approach to conducting qual research nationwide.

The pair intend to work together to develop, deliver and market a portfolio of data collection services, which they say many of their respective clients will find appealing.

Delve was founded in 1973 and offers face-to-face, voice-to-voice and online research services from ten research facilities and 29 focus group suites across the USA. The Focus Room was established in the '80s and has facilities in New York City, Westchester and Stamford. Additional services include telephone, in-store and exit interviewing, as well as mystery shopping and beta testing. Its sister division, PRI-AIR offers qual and quant research for the travel and aviation industries.

Delve President and CEO Tim Sauer says that the firms' combined expertise and proven managed service approach can help clients reduce cost and realize better return on market research investments. Ira Weinstein, President of The Focus Room, says the two companies 'plan to develop and integrate services to target clients who desire a worry-free approach to data collection.'
