Visual IQ Unveils Tool to Prove Marketing ROI

In the US, marketing intelligence firm Visual IQ has launched a tool which provides marketers with information about the customer behaviour generated by marketing activity.

The new Audience IQ solution provides insights about the impact that marketing programs have on key business metrics, including revenue by product or location, purchase frequency and customer loyalty.

The module integrates post-conversion customer information from CRM or production systems with advertising and response data, to help marketers track the return from all their marketing investments.

It features applications that also help marketers understand inter-channel attribution, as well as the reach, cost and impact of each tactic.

'Audience IQ helps users understand exactly which programs are yielding results, how to optimize those programs accordingly, and where to deploy always-limited resources,' explained CEO Manu Mathew.
