Firms Partner to Deliver Crowdsourcing in Europe

October 7 2009

Netherlands-based community insight agency CreativeCrowds has announced a partnership with Canadian crowdsourcing technology firm Cambrian House. Using the latter's flagship Chaordix product, the partners will design and deliver crowdsourcing platforms to organizations in Europe.

Carl LensChaordix enables organizations to 'harness the wisdom, participation and commercial potential of online crowds' for business purposes.

The platform provides an environment through which the public, consumers or internal stakeholders are encouraged to submit and rank ideas on new products or services, predict market reaction, enhance brand relevance in the market, and solve problems.

Amsterdam-based CreativeCrowds also helps create dialogue with the online communities which it analyzes, to obtain product/service feedback and ideas.

'We're seeing strong interest in crowdsourcing and open innovation from a wide variety of industries and government agencies here in Holland and in other areas in Europe,' explains Carl Lens, Client Director at CreativeCrowds. 'More and more larger companies and organizations want a customized crowdsourcing site that delivers the flexibility and unique branding to fit their needs - Chaordix provides just that.' Cambrian House President & CEO Shelley Kuipers says the partnership will accelerate the adoption of crowdsourcing in Europe.

The pair will combine their skills to help position companies by selecting the right crowdsourcing model and incentives.
