Q Interactive Acquires Consumer Specialist Vente

Predictive behavioral ad network Q Interactive has acquired permission-based marketing firm Vente, which specializes in consumer surveys. Terms were not disclosed.

Vente will operate as a subsidiary of Q Interactive, which says it is an ideal fit for its behavioral targeting technology.

'Going forward, advertisers want not only high quality leads but also to know as much as they can about the consumer and the consumer's needs,' stated Matt Wise, President of Q Interactive. 'Vente's rich data set combined with our advanced analytics will form a unique resource for advertisers that is simply not available from anyone else.'

Vente General Manager Mark Brunetti added that his firm's proprietary online survey platforms would add a new tool to Q's arsenal.

The deal marks Q Interactive's second acquisition, following the purchase of e-mail specialist Postmaster Direct several months ago.
