In the US, former Millard Group researcher Barbara Jackson has set up her own full service agency, offering clients help in understanding their customers, patients and employees.
Walpole, Massachusetts-based MindQuest Surveys offers online and print surveys to test satisfaction, brand awareness, interest in new products/concepts, and to determine why buyers lapse; as well as benchmarking services. The company also works with a network of associates specializing in focus groups, usability labs, call studies, in-depth interviews and other 'traditional' methodologies.
Prior to setting up the agency, Jackson spent 13 years at customer acquisition and retention specialist the Millard Group, where she latterly worked as a Research Analyst, managing the entire client research process. During her time with the firm, she co-ordinated call center projects and focus groups, managed client sample, conducted customized market research, and analyzed client results.
