February 8 2010
Information giant Experian has rolled out its Marketing Services portfolio in Korea, to enable marketers in the country to convert data into customer intelligence, gain an understanding of their customers and develop marketing strategies to optimise return on investment.
The portfolio includes:
- Marketing Analytics - offering insights based on data, customer segmentation and modelling, to drive multi-channel marketing campaigns and measureable results
- Mosaic - providing a geo-demographic segmentation system, to create an understanding of individuals, locations and markets
- QAS - which collates information from postal authorities and captures, standardises, validates and cleanses address and contact details
- CheetahMail - offering e-mail marketing services for personalised targeting.
Glenn Parker, MD of Marketing Services for Asia Pacific says the firm's portfolio can be applied across all direct marketing channels, online and mobile platforms to provide marketers with information to help them make 'better decisions' about their campaigns.
Il Girn Kim, MD of Experian Korea, adds: 'Experian has been in Korea for nearly a decade helping local clients in key financial institutions to enhance credit risk management capabilities throughout the customer lifecycle. We are bringing Marketing Services to local businesses focusing on our three core areas of excellence in data, analytics and platforms.'
