TNS Promotes Huber for HR, Talent and Culture Role

TNS has promoted Margit Huber to the position of Global HR, Talent Manager & Culture Director, with a remit to create an 'inspirational culture' across the group.

Based in the Munich, Germany office, Huber joined the firm a decade ago, and for the past two years has worked as Global Head of Stakeholder Management. In this role, she was responsible for embedding the firm's capabilities throughout TNS and driving new thinking across customer satisfaction, employee commitment and corporate reputation research.

She has also been key to the development of the company's flagship TRI*M stakeholder management system, which is based on three principles of measuring, managing and monitoring. The firm recently integrated Lightspeed Research's former employee and customer behavioural research division The Foresight Group into the TRI*M business.

Prior to TNS, Huber worked for management training corporation Management Circle.

In her new London-based role, which she will commence on 1 September, Huber will join the Global Executive Committee and be supported by the regional and country HR network, along with a central team of HR experts.

She will report to CEO Pedro Ros who comments: 'With Margit's appointment, I am confident we will be able to support the changing needs of our clients in the way that we develop our talent, and by creating an inspirational culture for everyone in TNS.'
