Telmar Adds Services and Strengthens Leadership

In the US, media planning and research firm Telmar Group has hired Daryl Scott as EVP, Chief Digital Officer.

Daryl ScottScott was most recently President and CEO of Attaain Inc., which was acquired by Telmar and will be retained as a separate subsidiary offering web-based services including business development, sales, marketing and competitive intelligence.

In addition to Web-based software development, Scott has a track record of media research management from firms including Foote, Cone and Belding, Interpublic's Marschalk, J. Walter Thompson and Young & Rubicam. At FCB, he was credited with the creation of FCB Media Planning System and developed the AdAware modeling system. He holds an MBA from Bernard M. Baruch College.

In his new role, Scott will oversee strategic partnerships and take responsibility for the continued development of digital planning systems including social media, search, content, real-time bidding, mobile and video applications.
