SSI Hires Former Google Exec for German MD Role

Sampling solutions firm SSI has appointed former Google exec Christian Michael as Managing Director, Germany, to focus on strengthening its position in the German, Swiss and Austrian markets.

Christian MichaelSSI (Survey Sampling International) reaches respondents in 72 countries via Internet, telephone and mobile/wireless, and offers questionnaire design consultation, programming and hosting, and data processing.

Michael joins with 15 years' media and advertising experience. Most recently, he served as Partner and Director of Sales at direct marketing firm CODE-No.com, prior to which he spent seven years at Google Germany, latterly as Industry Head, Retail. During his career, he has also held sales and account management roles at DoubleClick Deutschland, RMS Radio Marketing Services, IP Deutschland and Target Radio.

His new role includes driving the continued expansion of SSI's online respondent access.
