Opinionology Opens European Service Bureau

US-based data collection specialist Opinionology - formerly known as Western Wats - has opened a new service bureau in London, to meet an increase in demand for its European research panels.

The firm runs panels in the UK, France and Germany and last week launched new offerings in Italy and Spain, bringing its total number of respondents in Europe to more than 200,000.

Bob Ferro, Vice President of Global Business Development will head the new multi-disciplinary team. Before joining the firm in 2008, he held senior roles at Survey Sampling International (SSI), InsightExpress, Feedback Research and Greenfield Online, and worked as Marketing Manager at Apple.

'We are excited to focus the new service bureau on the needs of our European customers,' Ferro states. 'With office space in central London and our service team working around-the-clock, we are bringing the speed, service and expertise of Opinionology to London, the UK and the rest of Europe.'
