Treliant Hires Lubin to Lead Mystery Shopping Arm

US-based Treliant Risk Advisors - a strategic advisory firm focused on the financial services sector - has appointed customer satisfaction research specialist Paul Lubin to its Compliance team to lead both its mystery shopping and self-testing divisions.

Paul LubinTreliant, which is headquartered in Washington DC with offices in New York and Los Angeles, provides clients with compliance, risk management and business consulting services and solutions.

Lubin joins as Senior Director of Fair Lending and Compliance with more than 30 years' fair lending and market research experience. Most recently he ran his own consultancy, and prior to this he spent six years as SVP of Informa Research Services. For the twelve years before this, he was CEO of financial services mystery shopping specialist Barry Leeds & Associates, where he pioneered the use of market research to detect discrimination and unfair sales practices in consumer financial services.

Earlier in his career, Lubin held research and account management positions at Lever Brothers, Burgoyne Research for Marketing, Research International and Data Development.
