LEVEL Hires Former Yahoo! UX Leader

US marketing and product development agency LEVEL has appointed former Yahoo! user experience specialist Michelle Haag as Vice President, Customer Experience, to oversee a unit focused on content strategy, business strategy and usability.

Michelle HaagLEVEL is part of the Rosetta digital agency network, which has more than 1,100 employees and 10 offices in North America.

Most recently, Haag was VP of Global Products and User Experience Design for online learning specialist GlobalEnglish, responsible for product and program management, user experience, content development and customer support. Before this, she spent four years at Yahoo! serving in a number of senior roles, most recently as Senior Director of User Experience Design for Global Mobile Products and Sites. Earlier in her career, she spent five years with IBM Rational Software as a Senior Manager for User Experience Design and Web Production.

In her new role, Haag will work from the agency's San Jose, California location, but will additionally support LEVEL clients spanning all three West Coast studios, including Los Angeles and San Luis.
