Decipher Moves Fresno HQ and Plans Expansion

US-based research technology firm Decipher has moved to new headquarters in an 18,000 square foot building in Northeast Fresno, which once housed the HQ of Gottschalks department store.

Founded in 2000, with additional offices in Los Angeles and Portland, Oregon, Decipher's services include online survey programming, data collection and reporting, and custom software development.

In 2007, the firm acquired Hollywood-based MR software and tech provider Forefront Consulting Group, which had been founded the previous year by partners Kristin Luck (pictured) and Ji Yeong Kim.

Decipher began planning its move to a bigger office space in 2010, and says it aims to recruit 20-40 new employees this year.
