Intelligence Bank Hires Pepper for US Expansion

Australian knowledge management company Intelligence Bank has opened an office in New York City, where it has appointed former Experian Hitwise exec Keith Pepper as General Manager.

Intelligence Bank's software-as-a-service platform promises to bring together clients' internal and external information including customer insights, competitive intelligence, performance data, business metrics and the knowledge of their own staff; presenting all this via a single interface.

Pepper served most recently as SVP, Customer Success at SEO technology firm Conductor Inc. He had previously worked for Hitwise since 2004, latterly as VP Sales & Account Management of the Data Division. Earlier in his career, he spent seven years at Jupiter Media Metrix, responsible for custom research engagements and management of the firm's work in the emerging markets of Asia Pacific, Latin America and the Middle East.
