Panel and survey software firm Globalpark has released the latest version of its Enterprise Feedback Suite (EFS), which enables market researchers to recruit and gather customer feedback directly in Facebook.EFS 8.0 has been developed to help companies gather customer feedback from a range of digital sources including online, social, mobile and local. The Facebook interface, rolled out as Social Insight Connect in January, has now been integrated as standard within the platform, to enable researchers to collect feedback directly from within the social networking site.
In addition, EFS 8.0 features a new Analysis Suite. This comprises two modules: Reporting+, which enables users to run complex analyses of statistical data with a graphical user interface, and generate charts in PowerPoint, Excel and HTML; and Qualitative Analysis, which provides a tool for coding and analyzing open ended responses.
'We have put a lot of work into the architecture of the platform, so that our clients can connect EFS to existing CRM, BI or ERP systems even more easily,' explains CTO Oliver Trabert.
