LatAm Launch for Dubai's SocialEyez

Dubai-based social media monitoring firm SocialEyez has launched operations in Latin America through a partnership with Global News Group, allowing it to deliver integrated media monitoring solutions to businesses in the region.

SocialEyez has a regional staff of more than 30 English, French, and Arabic-speaking researchers, analysts and social media experts, who use quant and qual approaches to create in-depth analytical reports on clients' brand recognition, share of voice, favourability and demographics.

Global News Group is a Latin American company based in Buenos Aires, Argentina, which provides media monitoring and analysis services, such as digital clipping, corporate intelligence and media analysis of printed and online press and social networks.

The partnership aims to deliver monitoring solutions to businesses across a number of Latin American countries, as well as all countries in the Caribbean, with languages covered including Spanish, English and Portuguese.

Mazen Nahawi, President of SocialEyez parent firm News Group International believes that integrating traditional media and social media monitoring offers' vital insights' into how consumers respond to a brand.
