US-based research and consulting firm The Pert Group has appointed Kim Royster as Director of Client Strategy, focusing on the restaurant, hospitality and foodservice industries.Established in 1978, The Pert Group is headquartered in Bloomfield, CT, with offices in Kansas City, MO, and Pittsburgh, PA; as well as in London.
Royster joins with a 20-year industry background gained in the US, Europe, the Middle East and Southeast Asia. She worked most recently at Oregon-based market and survey research specialist The Pulse Group as a Partner. Prior to this, she held management roles in Cooper & Lybrand's hospitality and real estate consulting practice, and at Andersen Business Consulting.
