Join the Dots Creates Head of Research

In the UK, custom community and online specialist Join the Dots (formerly known as Virtual Surveys) has promoted Andy Buckley to Head of Research.

The company was founded by former RI Director Pete Comley in 1998 and employs around 50 staff in central Manchester and Hook in Hampshire. It recently rebranded to stress its aim of 'making consumer connections that give our clients a competitive edge.'

Buckley has worked in research for sixteen years. Prior to joining Virtual Surveys in 2008 he worked as a commercial manager for Marks and Spencer and as the Deputy Head of the Northern Research Office for Harris Interactive. Previously head of Join the Dots' online communities team, Buckley will now be in charge of the overall research offering.
