Stéphane BlondeauThe Boulogne, France-based company, which is a subsidiary of contact centre firm ADM Value Group, was set up by CEO Stéphane Blondeau in 2008. He previously founded and managed insight agency 100% Satisfaction, which he later sold to the Colorado Groupe.

His firm's new site in Madagascar offers both CATI and mixed mode CATI/CAWI fieldwork services, along with a 24/7 service bureau team providing database management, quota sampling, questionnaire programming, data coding and statistical analysis.

The Madagascar interviewing team covers GMT+1 time zone areas (France, Belgium and Switzerland), as well as GMT-5 to GMT-7 areas (Quebec, Guyana and French Caribbean).

Blondeau says the new operation has 10,000 square foot of space, to enable expansion of the CATI team to up to 250 positions at a later date.

'The objective of this project is to provide market research institutes with the highest French language interviewing quality standards, at the best price in the market,' states Blondeau. 'We differentiate ourselves from other data collection providers in the French language, by focusing on interviewer competencies and skills.'
