Focus-Suites Asia Expands to Sri Lanka

Full service agency and fieldwork provider Focus-Suites Asia (FSPL Asia) has opened a new operation in Sri Lanka, offering one-way-mirrors, usability testing labs, online panels, eye tracking services and mystery shopping.

The firm offers a full range of quant and qual services from its HQ in India, and has panels in India, Indonesia, Thailand, Vietnam, China and the UAE. It specialises in running focus groups, depth interviews, ethnographic work and protocol analysis for usage and attitude studies, concept and product testing and feasibility analysis.

CEO Meg Chhabria says the company is expanding its market research operations across Asia Pacific and the Middle East, and is confident of capturing market share.
