Digital marketing specialist Steve Pritchard has opened a social media tracking agency in Leeds, UK. threeten10 will provide bespoke social media analytics along with client training courses and workshops.

Pritchard, who has nearly eight years' digital marketing experience, previously served as the Head of Digital at Media Wow and as Head of SEO at Brilliant Media. Earlier, he was a Search Strategist at Bigmouth Media and PPC Account Manager at Mindshare.

The new venture promises to help clients 'lift the lid' on their social media campaigns, using the latest developments in social media tracking and analysis software. In addition to tracking campaign performance and integrating this data into site analytics, threeten10 offers social media strategy development and training courses covering the fundamental principles of social media analytics.

Pritchard explains: 'I always thought there was massive potential in social media, however it lacked the level of reporting which you can get from PPC or display advertising.
