eDigitalResearch Hires Virgin Media Insight Head

UK-based eDigitalResearch has appointed Virgin Media's former Head of Customer Experience Insight Anna Ritchie as Research Director. The firm has also hired Katharine Watters as Research Manager in its Retail team and Gillian Gargett as Data Manager in the Technical team.

Founded in 1999, eDigital is headquartered in Hampshire and also has offices in central London.

Ritchie (pictured) joins from Virgin Media where she worked for more than two years. Before this, she served as Insight Manager at GE Money for four years and as Research Manager at 3i Group for nearly six.

Watters' previous roles include Communications Research Manager at Southampton City Council and Senior Research Officer at the Borough of Poole; while Gargett previously worked as an independent IT Consultant/Project Manager, and before that for Crossrail where she latterly served as Head of IT Operations.

eDigital has also promoted Steve Brockway to the post of Research Director in the Retail team, while Kat Hounsell becomes a Research Director in the Media and Travel team, and Research Manager Nada Gillard becomes Account Director for the firm's Tesco account.
