Clarity Launches Australian Small Business Omnibus

In Australia, Clarity Strategic Research has launched a qual business omnibus called Business Clarity, giving subscribers access to owners and managers of small businesses across the country.

Small business in the Wide Brown LandClarity was launched in 2009 by research veterans Alex Sweeney and Alasdair Johnston, and provides qual and quant research services to the financial, B2B, telecoms, retail, FMCG and media sectors.

The new omnibus offers 20 minute 'slots' of time for face-to-face in-depth interviews, while also providing subscribers with regular overviews of small business' thoughts on key topics covered by the Clarity team as part of the interview process during the year.

Johnston explains: 'This launch complements our existing ad hoc B2B business, providing a flexible, cost-effective option for clients to understand small business in more detail. We believe it is the perfect tool for answering specific issues or questions where budgetary constraints may work against a full, stand-alone study.'
