Arbitron Expands Indian Site

Radio ratings provider Arbitron has expanded its operations in Kochi, India, with the opening of a new 20,000 sq ft facility.

Scott HenryLocated in the Tejomaya building off L&T Techpark, in Infopark, the new facility brings Arbitron's total operational space in L&T to 65,000 sq ft, reports www.thehindubusinessline.com . Since opening the site in November 2008, the original total of sixteen staff has grown to around 250 employees and consultants.

CIO Scott Henry, who opened the new facility, says the company is looking to use technology to enhance its services in general, and specifically to convert its PPM service for different platforms.
