ClickTale Debuts Mobile Site Navigation Analysis

Israeli customer experience analytics specialist ClickTale has launched a solution to enable clients to view how their customers are navigating sites on mobile devices.

Tracking the mobile experience...ClickTale tracks customers' online behavior through every mouse move, click and scroll to create playable videos of their entire browsing sessions, as well as visual heatmaps and behavioural reports designed to complement traditional web analytics.

The firm says clients can use its new ClickTale Mobile solution to gather information to improve mobile usability and increase customer satisfaction. It can also boost the conversation rates of landing pages, online forms and shopping carts, and reduce site abandonment.

CEO and founder Tal Schwartz comments: 'Businesses can now visualize what's working and what's not on their web sites by seeing every swipe, pinch, tilt and tap. By revealing the problems that are frustrating their customers, businesses can finally make the site improvements that optimize the mobile customer experience for millions of users worldwide.'

In February, Clicktale partnered with US-based online survey and analysis tool provider SurveyGizmo, to add survey heatmaps, mouse tracking and respondent recordings to the latter's solutions.
