Consultancy Launches BI and Analytics Division

US-based consulting firm North Highland has announced the launch of a new business intelligence (BI) and analytics solutions division, Enfathom; and has promoted Craig Sanders to lead it.

The new division aims to help clients understand customer behaviour and buying preferences, improve pricing and profitability, improve efficiency and make better, timelier decisions.

Sanders has more than twenty years' experience in related areas, including leadership of the company's Philadelphia office, where he has worked on more than 200 BI and analytics solutions for top brands.

CEO Dan Reardon says one of the firm's core strengths is its ability to both define and implement strategic solutions for its clients. 'Because of the complexity of today's business environment and the onslaught of data, effective business intelligence tools are essential to provide current and predictive analysis of business operations for our clients.'
