AsiaPac marketing analytics consultancy Analytic Partners has opened a new office in Sydney, Australia, where it has appointed former Mediabrands Analytics MD Clare Fernando to establish the firm's presence.Fernando (pictured) joins with 16 years' research and analytics experience gained both client and agency side across a broad range of sectors. Most recently, she served as MD of Mediabrands Analytics Australia, heading a team of econometric modellers and market researchers. Prior to this, she was Director of Marketing Analytics at Initiative, and she held senior intelligence and research roles at firms such as AUSTAR Entertainment, FirstMac, IdeaWorks, Carat, Reserve Bank of Australia, and ANZ.

The Analytic Partners office in Sydney was opened in July 2012, to enable the firm to be closer to its Australian client base, grow and develop local talent, and improve speed to market.
