Medspan Hires Epstein to Open Rochester Office

US-based healthcare specialist MedSpan Research has appointed Michael Epstein as Director, Research Services. His duties will include opening and leading the company's second office, in Rochester, NY.

Founded in 1996 and based in South Barrington, IL, MedSpan provides primary qual and quant research from payers, hospitals and other care locations.

Epstein joins with thirteen years of experience in the healthcare arena. Most recently, he was Director of Commercial Strategy and Reimbursement at United BioSource Corporation. Prior to this, he led primary market research projects in the life sciences at Roger Green + Associates, TVG Marketing Research and Consulting, and Harris Interactive, and he evaluated behavioral health interventions at University of Rochester's Children's Institute.
