Dialego Spins Off SmartMunk Co-Creation Tool

Andera Gadeib, the CEO of co-creation and branding specialist Dialego, has set up a new company to offer her firm's existing SmartMunk qual and quant online tool for use in co-creation projects.

Andera GadeibGadeib (pictured) launched Dialego in 1999 to support clients' innovation processes with co-creation and crowdsourcing solutions. Earlier this year, the company opened an Innovation Consulting division, to complement services offered by its existing online market research and social media market research operations.

The new firm will offer existing SmartMunk tools and will be led by Thomas Watz, who has been a member of Dialego's executive Board for the past two years. In this capacity he was involved in development of the SmartMunk FeedMap tool, which enables participants to express their thoughts and feelings regarding a product, packaging, or an ad, interactively.

According to Gadeib, the tools 'draw a unique picture of what the customer cares about', giving users 'an essential advantage over their competitors.'
