Double Helix Strengthens London Team

Research consultancy Double Helix has announced seven appointments in its London office. Among them, Rebecca Walker joins as an AD, while Rebecca Da Cunha is promoted to Director and Shaz Iqbal to AD.

Sofia Lombera and Catherine Davis join the firm as SREs and Katerina Kelesidi as an RE, while Gavin Harper is promoted to SRE. All seven work within the Strategic Market Research team, headquartered in London.

Walker joins from Ipsos healthcare, where she has worked since 2004 with a focus on quantitative
research, and in particular advanced methodologies. She worked previously on both client and agency sides in London, New York & Paris.

Lombera joins from Dutch agency SKIM, for whom she worked in the London-based Healthcare division. She was born and raised in Mexico City and has been working in pharmaceutical market research since completing an MSc from the London School of Economics in Sociology in 2010. Davis also worked for SKIM, beginning her R career there in 2010 and working on qual and quant studies in a variety of therapy areas. She holds an MSc in medical sociology from the London School of Economics.

Kelesidi joins from Hamill Communications and holds a BSc in Psychology from University of York and an MSc in Mental Health from King's College London - her experience is focused around health and mental health research.

Da Cunha joined Double Helix in 2004, and has developed expertise covering the full product development process across a wide range of therapy areas, with vaccines and diabetes a key area. She also leads the company's Innovations Lab. Iqbal joined in 2009 from Insight Research Group as an SRE, while Harper joined the following year as a Trainee Research Executive.

Founded in 1995 and headquartered in Central London, Double Helix has offices in Fort Washington and near Philadelphia and New York, and in Singapore, and is part of the McCann Health network owned by IPG.
